Borrow Me was an event that offered library users a collection of performances titled after library items and activities. During regular opening hours, labelled performers stood amongst the shelves of books and CDs, making themselves available for browsing and borrowing.

As each performer was checked out by their borrower at the main desk, their designated barcode was scanned and loan history updated. On a short or long loan, the one-on-one interactions were played out amongst the aisles, tables and chairs, lending a human twist to the eveyday life of the library hall.
